Will Metts
Rear Admiral, Retired, United States Navy
Mr. Metts established his company following a 30-year career in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Rear Admiral; 4 years as Director of Strategy for Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Mission Systems Sector and 4 years as a National Security/DoD Leader within Amazon Web Services. In this capacity, he provides extensive strategic and operational Department of Defense, Cyberspace Operations, Cyber Security and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance expertise to Government and Public Sector Organizations. He held key flag officer and operational assignments, most recently as Director for Intelligence, United States Indo-Pacific Command. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Tailored Access Operations, National Security Agency and Director for Intelligence, United States Cyber Command. Earlier in his naval career he served as a Surface Warfare officer onboard naval combatants and as an Information warfare officer assigned to Commander, Carrier Strike Group Two onboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75).
Mr. Metts earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering technology from Savannah State University and master’s degrees in command, control, communications, computers and intelligence and national security studies and strategic planning from the Naval Post Graduate School and the Naval War College, respectively. He also completed the Harvard University Senior Executive Fellows Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government and is currently a Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Non-resident Senior Associate.
Will is an advisory board member for George Mason University’s C5I Center, Technical Advisory Board Member, Maryland’s Technology Advancement Center (TAC) and Board Member for Cornerstones – Stability, Empowerment and Hope.
Clayton S. Jones, MS
Chief Technology Officer & Global Cybersecurity Expert
Clayton Jones has built a career as a global cybersecurity thought leader, serving in senior government roles across Asia and Europe before moving into the private sector. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to the United States Space Command (US SPACECOM) J3 Joint Cyber Center and as Chief Technology Officer for Aperio Global, an award-winning provider of next-generation technology, enterprise cyber defense, and cloud-based software solutions.
Prior to his private sector work, Mr. Jones served as Senior Advisor of Cyberspace Operations Lead for US European Command’s Joint Cyber Center in Germany, overseeing military cyber operations and investments across 51 countries. He also served as Senior Advisor for US Pacific Command, acting as lead cybersecurity diplomat across 28 countries in the Asia Pacific region and advising the US Senate, OSD, and USCYBERCOM. He played a pivotal role in the Joint Task Force that established the United States Cyber Command, and represented the DoD on an FBI interagency task force including the NSA, DHS, Secret Service, and intelligence community.
Mr. Jones holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Master’s-Level Certificate in Digital Forensics & Cyber Law from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Troy University. He is a longtime board member of FBI InfraGard.
Michelle Joy Lambiasi, ISP, SHRM-SCP
Chief Security Officer, SAIC
Michelle Lambiasi brings over 25 years of security experience alongside seven years in human resources, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on human capital, compliance, ethics, and organizational security. She has held roles spanning Facility Security Officer, Information Systems Security Manager, Director of Security, and Vice President, and currently serves as Chief Security Officer for SAIC. Her leadership has earned her teams three Cogswell Awards for security excellence.
A longtime advocate for Industry-Government partnership, Michelle served as Chair of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Security and Counterintelligence Division from 2018 to 2023, overseeing matters related to the NISP, Special Access Programs, and national security programs. She previously served as Industry Spokesperson for the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC) and led the industry side of the NISPOM rewrite, which was finalized as 32 CFR Part 117 in February 2021.
Michelle holds a B.A. in English from the University of Mary Washington, an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and an M.Sc. in Clinical Herbalism from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is a certified Industrial Security Professional (ISP) through NCMS and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She was recognized in 2016 as one of the Washington Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Business Leaders” and was nominated in 2022 and 2024 as Washington Exec’s “Top CSOs to Watch.”
