Imo F. Etuk
President & CEO
Imo Etuk leads MathCraft Security Technologies with a career built at Westinghouse Electric and Northrop Grumman, where hands-on work with DoD clients revealed a critical gap: FSOs needed better tools than spreadsheets and homegrown systems. That insight became the foundation for MathCraft. Under his leadership, the company has developed state-of-the-art security management solutions built to NISPOM, SAP/SAR, and SCI standards, backed by a steadfast commitment to quality and customer service.
Education: B.S. in Operations Research (Columbia University School of Engineering), B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Industrial Engineering (University of Pittsburgh).
Sonya Connors
Director of Training and Instructional Design
Sonya Connors brings 30+ years of instructional design experience, beginning her career at Xerox Corporation. At MathCraft Security Technologies, she leads the design and development of technical and instructional documentation, ensuring clear, consistent, high-quality materials in a fast-evolving industry.
Education: B.A. in Psychology (University of Kentucky, summa cum laude) and M.Ed. in Human Resource Development (Vanderbilt University, summa cum laude). Based in Northern Virginia.
Melissa Colvin
Director, Client Services and Commercial Contracts
Melissa Colvin leads negotiation and oversight of MathCraft’s corporate contracts, bringing a problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach to every engagement. She builds trust through transparent communication and is known for guiding clients — large and small — through tailored, efficient contracting solutions that align with their goals.
Education: B.A., Washington & Lee University. Based in Northern Virginia.
Rene Haley
Chief Security Officer
Rene Haley is a security industry veteran with over 26 years of experience across the Defense Industrial Base and National Industrial Security Program. She serves as FSO and Insider Threat Program Senior Official, offering deep expertise in NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) compliance, Facility Clearance management, DCSA engagement, FOCI mitigation, and insider threat programs. As Senior Industry Analyst, she brings market insight that sharpens the team’s strategic edge, and also consults independently for small and mid-sized cleared contractors. She previously served as VP of Corporate Security at Industrial Security Integrators, overseeing security operations for 800+ cleared companies, and earlier helped build Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Security Shared Services and served as PSO/SSO at the National Reconnaissance Office supporting SCI programs. Widely regarded as a subject matter expert in practical, compliant, scalable security solutions.

Behind the management team is a group of dedicated members of our technical team. Our development team is comprised of software developers with an average of ten year’s experience in software development technologies. All our engineers have a minimum of a Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent. Sixty percent of the development staff have advanced graduate degrees. We have a diverse talent pool to engage successfully any challenges in our daily development processes.
