Bios
Imo F. Etuk
President & CEO
Throughout his life Imo Etuk has been drawn to professional challenges, tackling all opportunities with a strong sense of knowledge, passion and integrity. During his pursuit for professional challenges, Imo’s talents has led him through organizations such as Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Northrop Grumman. From working with numerous DoD clients, the exposure to the FSO challenges illuminated the need for efficient management tools beyond the spreadsheets and homegrown systems.
Imo’s drive for excellence has been the backbone of MathCraft Security Technologies as well as delivering the best possible security solutions for our government and corporate clients. With his stellar team behind him, Imo has led MathCraft Security Technologies in the development of state-of-the-art solutions that conform to NISPOM, SAP/SAR and SCI requirements. His vision for the company has remained steadfast as MathCraft Security Technologies continues to provide the highest-quality products with exceptional customer service.
Imo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University School of Engineering in New York; a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering both from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
Sonya Connors
Instructional and Content Designer
Sonya Connors has over 30 years’ experience as an instructional designer, starting off her career with Xerox Corporation. At MathCraft Security Technologies, Sonya has taken on the challenge of design and development of our technical and instructional documentation, guiding her team to deliver consistent, high-quality reference materials in an ever-evolving industry.
Sonya holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and an M. Ed. in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University, graduating summa cum laude from both universities. She and her family live in the NOVA area.
Melissa Colvin
Director, Contracts
Melissa is an experienced member of our team with a problem-solving mindset who builds trust through transparent and consistent communication. Guided by a customer-first approach, she is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals while building positive, long-term relationships. As Director, Contracts, Melissa strategically leads the negotiation and oversight of all federal and corporate agreements, ensuring solutions are tailored, efficient, and aligned with your needs. She is focused on helping clients of all sizes unlock the benefits of our solutions and is committed to guiding you through a customized, organized, and innovative approach every step of the way.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
Our Technical Team
Behind the management team is a group of dedicated members of our technical team. Our development team is comprised of software developers with an average of ten year’s experience in software development technologies. All our engineers have a minimum of a Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent. Sixty percent of the development staff have advanced graduate degrees. We have a diverse talent pool to engage successfully any challenges in our daily development processes.
